"Last year, following our initial discussions and consultation with some of your previous clients, we commissioned Cannizaro to undertake a study to determine what opportunities might exist to improve service levels and reduce costs within one of our major utilities contracts.

We were pleased with the results and went ahead with the proposed implementation programme to realise the potential identified.

The programme has now been completed, on time, and I am very happy to say that we have seen a significant improvement in our service levels and substantial reductions in costs. This has also been favourably noted by our client.

Of particular benefit has been the increased visibility and control and improved decision making at the front line operational level. This has been achieved through the development of very effective management tools and information systems together with highly focussed and relevant training. I am pleased to say that we have been able to identify and address areas of sub-optimal performance that, in many cases, were not previously apparent.
