However, I think that it is fair to say, that managers involved in this region were very surprised at how quickly you gained a detailed insight into the management problems inherent within the operation and at the size, scope and achievability of the improvement potential actually identified.

I would also like to make note of the professionalism of your team, particularly with regard to their interaction with our managers and workforce and with Railtrack management.
