We are a young and energetic team specialising in the implementation of operational and behavioural change programmes for a wide variety of clients in both the U.K. and Europe. Our record of delivering high quality results is outstanding. These are the general requirements we specify: We are looking for analytical and creative individuals, with excellent people handling skills, who are interested in an achievement-oriented career. You will work as a team member and will work at all levels within client organisations developing and installing systems to substantially improve productivity. Your training and development will be ongoing and will follow a clear career pattern structured according to your ability and progress. You will be a graduate in your mid to late 20s with several years management experience in the service industries, manufacturing or training. You will be outgoing and speak at least one European language other than English. Computer literacy is a must. You will be ready to travel as a normal part of the job although relocation is not necessary. |
